Yoga with Sonya

​I’m so excited to bring to you this special Westie yoga class.

I will focus on energy work, some meditation, and physical self-care. 

I can’t wait to have you with me!

PSYCH - K with Tashina

In this hour class, we will learn about the importance and power your mindset has in your movement and dancing.

Discover the difference between the conscious mind and the subconscious. Most people only work with the conscious mind which is why change and progression can be such a slow process. In this class, we will work with your subconscious, which can either be your greatest tool to freedom of expression, or keep you locked up in what may feel like a jail cell.

We will explore what specific beliefs, fears, and traumas, may be holding you back in your journey as a dancer. From there, we will begin to transform them into empowering beliefs that will help you progress with more ease and grace, as an individual and as a dancer.

Contemporary with Cameo

​I will be taking you through a peaceful improv class during the weekend!

The class focus will be improv, where we really get to explore how our body likes to move naturally without guidelines or restrictions (except for maybe the furniture in your living room.)

             Health and Fitness with Katie

​Nutrition Q&A: This time will be dedicated toward answering any questions you may have regarding nutrition, fad diets, macros or micros, etc.

We will also have a segment focused on body positivity, and how we can love the quarantine body we have.

Activities with Alyssa

Right now, we are so overwhelmed with time and possibilities, it can be intimidating. For our activities, we will focus on connection and community empowerment, and different ways we can still grow together, while being stuck in our living space.


Meditation with Courtney

​Connecting with your truest self will ground and grow your dance, and in that spirit we will we will begin each day with meditation and Pranayama.


I'm so happy to share with you the power of Pranayama (breathing exercises) & meditation and their ability to rejuvenate, calm and center your energy. The excitement of WCS Events can be exhausting, learn how quiet the mind, tap into your intuition and let your soul speak.

We will explore different tools & techniques, discovering what resonates with you as you create your own meditation practice. ​
